Payments & fees
Fees, invoicing terms, and payment schedules are defined in the project agreement. Delayed payments may pause project execution.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, final deliverables (websites, ad creatives, copy, automation flows) become the client’s property, unless stated otherwise. Viziogenix retains the right to display completed work as part of its portfolio.
Results & expectations
We provide directional estimates based on benchmarks and experience. We do not guarantee specific revenue, lead counts, or ROI, as results depend on the offer, market, execution, and client cooperation.

Limitation of liability
Viziogenix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project as defined in the signed agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
